Mobility of the hips, pelvis and thoracic spine are crucial to maximizing your performance as a hitter. Good strength and mobility allow the hitter to maintain posture, maximize hip separation, and consistently execute a quality bat path. Ryan uses a unique set of exercises called E.L.D.O.A.’s combined with Myofascial Stretching to increase the strength and mobility of his athletes. These techniques were developed by Dr. Guy Voyer and are on the cutting edge of performance enhancement.
